I am a full time working mum to two young children and Grace Lounge is like an oasis of calm and wellbeing in my life. The moment I walk into reception, the smell of the incense and wonderful spa like sanctuary feel of the place make me relax and any stresses melt away. My stress levels are also much lower as the Yoga has helped.
