Dynamic Vinyasa is an athletic form of yoga. Vinyasa is a flowing style, uniting movement and breath. This class groups poses together and links them, creating sequences that build strength, flexibility, and fire within the body.
This is a style that works the body intelligently, encouraging power, grace, and playfulness. Dynamic Vinyasa is inclusive of all body types! Whether young or old, male or female, big or small yoga increases strength, stamina, and vitality in all bodies.
JoyKao
Passionate and motivated Yoga instructor with Alliance RYT 200 Hours training in yoga. Specialized in Ashtanga techniques with 2 and a half years teaching experience. My own yoga practice was closely guided by several international yoga teachers in multiple countries including Taiwan, Shanghai, and Thailand. These teachers included Paul Dallaghan and the Melo family who run Yoga Sampoorna in Brazil. I have been learning concepts of yogic philosophy as well as Asana practice since 2012. My teaching engages the integral aspects of yoga in both a physical and spiritual aspect. From the roots of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, my teachings spread through different styles including Vinyasa flow, gentle flow and yoga basic. My focus and drive for teaching lie in helping individuals to find their own sustainable practice, which can both support and develop their life and relationships with the world.

Debbie Bird
Hi, my name is Debbie.
A 44-year-old free spirit & glitter lover trying to spread more love in this crazy world through yoga.
I started my yoga journey over 20 years ago but it wasn’t until I decided to make changes to my life, give up my London based job, rent my flat out & go traveling that I finally allowed myself time to fall in love with being on my mat.
In 2016 I gained certification with Yoga Alliance & completed 300 hours of training at Vikasa Yoga in Koh Samui ,Thailand. I then continued learning & began teaching as I traveled through India & South East Asia. I take influences from my teachers Kosta Miachen (Vikasa), Jason Milne (Agama), Will Lau (Universal Yoga), Simon Low (Tri Yoga), Sivananda (Kerala)
My classes are Vinyasa (flow) inspired, designed to increase strength, stamina & flexibility.
Yoga is for everyone. It’s not just for those acrobatic, bendy yogis on Instagram.
Yoga is a way of life. Enjoy life on & off the mat.
Alan Levi
I studied traditional Chinese martial arts for 20+ years which led me to become passionate about yoga, initially for improving my flexibility and then as age and injuries crept in, to keep my body moving effortlessly and pain-free.
I have studied Chin Woo Kung Fu, Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Yoga and am Master Practitioner in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or "Tapping").
I love the pursuit of Mindfulness but also am passionate about making those kinds of ideas fun and practical - those pursuits should be engaged with a light heart in my opinion and anyone who knows me knows I don't take myself too seriously and aim to make complex ideas accessible to everyone.
I bring a fun-loving, passionate, and exciting style of training to The Grace Lounge. Be it Yin Yoga with its more introspective and Mindful approach to the postures or the higher intensity of Hot Camp with its intense emphasis on toning, sculpting and fat burning. I want to share my passion for all things fitness with as many people as possible!
Ella Spottiswood
I have been practicing yoga and mindfulness since I was fourteen but took it up seriously in my second year of University. Yoga enabled me to find my center and I was fascinated with both its practice and theory. I decided to take my yoga teacher training qualification in Hatha Yoga and write my final year dissertation on Yoga’s transition into the West.
Since qualifying, I have been on a mindfulness course and intensives led by Laura Gilmore and Tias Little, in order to understand the teaching of yoga, its anatomy, and alignment on a deeper level. I believe that everyone can benefit from yoga, whatever level they choose to experience it at.
Hatha is a gentle form of yoga, suitable for all levels, that involves some dynamic movement and also deep stretching. Uniting the breath and body Hatha is designed to both strengthen and relieve muscles while also helping to realign you both mentally and physically.
Beccy Page
Beccy is a Yoga Alliance Registered yoga teacher who trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket with The Yoga People. With a focus on energetics rather than traditional alignment, all students are able to access the target areas of an asana to gain maximum benefits. This, in turn, empowers each student to explore and discover their own body.
Rocket Yoga is a fun and dynamic practice created by Larry Schultz. Created in the 1980s and rooted in Ashtanga, it is a playful and energetic practice which encourages practitioners to keep a smooth rhythm of movement and breath. The Rocket sequence leaves you feeling lighter, stronger and more flexible thanks to the core strengtheners, backbends, hip openers and twists
